- Inventory Control - when your callers place orders we can track what you have in inventory. Send us your inventory database and we will import it into our database. Callers would place an order, we then can tell if that item is in stock or backorder. We will then provide you with an export of items that we have taken orders for so you can have an updated inventory list for your database.
- Client Data Base - do you have clients that order products on a regular basis? We store that information so when they call to place an order their name and address is in front of the rep. It also gives the caller the feel of importance when we refer to them by name.
